The certificate provides students with classes and knowledge that facilitate work in the operations management field - those people responsible for the day to day operations of a company. A Certificate in Operations Leadership prepares students to step into operations leadership roles in their current or prospective workplaces. The capstone of the certificate allows a collaboration on a project with an assigned advisor and can potentially be done with their company, or the students can work towards studying for and receiving industry certification as well.
