Graduate Student Documents Authorization Form

A graduate student must submit to the Graduate College Office written notice along with their student ID number if photocopies of documents are required from a student's file.

By logging into your goNSU account, Student tab, you will be able to access most of your student documents. Students should become familiar with the different tabs located within goNSU .
